Terms of Use

By installing or playing one of our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the game and delete any copy you already have.

The games are published by Intellimobile Labs Ltd, trading as Adsy Studio. These terms are in addition to the terms of the store you downloaded from — Apple's Media Services Terms or Google Play's Terms of Service — which continue to apply.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our games only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the game, except where local law expressly permits it
• Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or make the game available to others
• Use cheats, automation, modified clients, emulators or memory editors to gain an advantage or to alter progression
• Interfere with the game's servers, advertising or purchase flows, or attempt to obtain paid content without paying
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice

The games, including their code, artwork, audio, characters, level design, text and trademarks, belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Where a game uses third-party licensed material, that material remains the property of its owner and is used under licence.

Some games offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details.

Virtual currency and virtual items are a licence to use a feature inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be transferred between accounts, games or platforms.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from and are subject to its policy. If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, it applies as the law provides. If a purchase failed to deliver, contact support@intellimobilelabs.info and we will restore the item.

We may change prices, discontinue items or adjust the game's economy. Where we withdraw a paid feature you have already purchased, we will offer a reasonable equivalent.

Our games are free and show advertising. Some ads are rewarded — watching them is optional and grants an in-game benefit. We do not control the content of third-party ads; if you see something inappropriate, report it to support@intellimobilelabs.info with a screenshot and we will raise it with the network.

Where a game offers a paid ad removal option, it removes the ad formats described in the store listing for that purchase.

We may update, change or discontinue a game or any of its features at any time. Some updates are required in order to keep playing. We may end support for older operating system versions.

Games are provided as they are; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Progress is stored on your device unless a game states otherwise, and we are not responsible for progress lost through device failure, reinstalling, or deleting the app.

We may restrict or terminate your access to a game or its online features if you breach these terms, particularly through cheating, fraud, abuse of other players or abuse of our support channels. Where the breach is minor and capable of being fixed, we will normally warn you first.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for that game in the twelve months before the claim, or ten euro.

If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence, and nothing here overrides them.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Where changes are material, we will give notice in the game or on this site before they take effect. Continuing to play after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where Intellimobile Labs Ltd has its seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
