Privacy Policy
This policy explains what our games collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who we are
Adsy Studio is a trading name of Intellimobile Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”). We develop and publish mobile games on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
For anything in this policy, contact us at support@intellimobilelabs.info. Our postal address is Floor 1, 3 Zinonos Sozou, Limassol 3105, Cyprus.
This policy covers all games published under the Adsy Studio name and this website. Where a specific game has additional terms, they are linked from that game's store listing and from its page on this site.
2. What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, postal address or payment card details. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google; we receive only a confirmation that a purchase happened.
Our games and our advertising and analytics partners may collect the following:
- Device and advertising identifiers — the IDFA on iOS (only with your permission), the Google Advertising ID on Android, and app-scoped identifiers used to recognise an install
- Device information — model, operating system version, language, region, screen size, and approximate country derived from IP address
- Gameplay data — levels reached, sessions, in-game currency balances, settings and progress
- Advertising data — which ads were shown, whether they were viewed or clicked, and whether a reward was granted
- Diagnostic data — crash reports and performance traces
- Support correspondence — the email address you write from and anything you include in the message
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
3. Why we use it
We use the data above to run the game, to fix it when it breaks, and to fund it.
- Operating the game: saving progress, delivering purchased items, applying your settings
- Support: answering your messages and reproducing reported bugs
- Analytics: understanding which levels are too hard, where players stop, and whether an update helped
- Advertising: showing ads, capping how often you see them, measuring whether campaigns worked, and preventing fraud
- Legal: keeping records we are required to keep and responding to lawful requests
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (running the game you installed), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, non-personalised advertising), and consent (personalised advertising and, on iOS, tracking permission). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Third-party SDKs
Our games embed third-party software development kits that process data on their own terms. The current list is below and is updated before any build embedding a new network reaches the stores.
- Unity Ads — in-game advertising — privacy policy
- ironSource — ad mediation and advertising — privacy policy
- PostHog — product analytics — privacy policy
These partners act as independent controllers or as processors depending on the region and the configuration. Their own privacy policies, linked above, describe what they do with the data they receive.
5. Advertising and your choices
Our games are free and are funded by advertising. Where required, we ask for consent before any personalised advertising, using a consent flow shown the first time you open the game. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are contextual rather than personalised.
You can change your choice at any time:
- In-game: open Settings and use the privacy or consent option
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of the word. We share data only with the SDK providers listed above, with Apple and Google as the app stores, with service providers acting on our instructions, and where we are legally required to.
Some jurisdictions, including California, define “sale” and “share” broadly enough to include the transfer of advertising identifiers to ad networks for personalised advertising. To the extent that applies, you can opt out using the controls in the previous section, or by writing to support@intellimobilelabs.info.
7. International transfers
Our partners operate globally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. Retention
Gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the game. Analytics and advertising data held by our partners is retained according to their policies, typically between 14 and 26 months. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent, to receive a portable copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, email support@intellimobilelabs.info. We do not require an account, so we may need an identifier such as your advertising ID to locate your data. We respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a game is listed in a store's family programme, advertising in that game is configured as child-directed and personalised advertising is disabled.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to support@intellimobilelabs.info and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit, limit access to data to the people who need it, and rely on the platform sandbox for data stored on your device. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our games or partners change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced in the games themselves before they take effect.
